What precautions should be taken when using new energy vehicle charging cables in low-temperature environments?

1. Clear snow, ice and frost on the connector. Never force to unplug a frozen gun, which may damage CP/PP signal wires and terminals;
2. Verify normal operation of temperature monitoring before charging. Ice at contacts increases resistance and may cause abnormal temperature rise;
3. Avoid tight bending or twisting during storage. Materials become more brittle in cold, and repeated sharp bends lead to damage;
4. Keep the protective cap covered for outdoor storage to reduce moisture and ice ingress inside the connector
At the same time, strictly prohibit parking the vehicle in environments below -30°C or above 60°C for a long time to avoid irreversible damage to the power battery.
