What are the common electro-plating methods of terminal blocks?
A.Continuous plating:
put the plating strips into the plating tanks already planned. For parts that are easily deformed during electro-plating process, we will first Continuous plating the plating strips, then start the forming process.
B.Barrel plating:
Put the bulk plating parts into the drum, and then put the drum into the plating tank for electroplating, which is a conventional process for most products
C.Hanging plating:
Put the plating parts in the rack, and then the rack is placed into a plating tank for electroplating, suitable for large volume or weight product so as to prevent deformation or coating damage resulting from plating parts colliding with each other during electroplating process.
