What are the factors that lead to aging of terminal blocks housing?

A.Environment and temperature:
The application environment and heat sources of terminal blocks could lead to too high temperature, insulated breakdown, and even explosion.
B.
Chemical Corrosion:
Due to long-term chemically corroded or electrolytic corrosion, the housing insulation material of terminal blocks is affected, resulting in the failure of the protective layer, the insulation is reduced, and the terminal blocks aging is aggravated.
C.Long-term overload operation:
Due to the thermal effect of the current, the temperature of the terminal blocks( with load current)will be raised, and the excessive temperature accelerates the aging of insulation, especially in the summer, the aging of terminal blocks will be exacerbates.
